Apostle Quentin and Prophetess Gail Koeberg are the founders and visionaries of RAP Ministries in Florida Park, South Africa. The ministry was birthed out of restoration through remarriage and there is an undeniable grace for marriage, family, and the generations that accompanies their Apostolic Mandate.
